We carry several different models of Digital Pianos. We predominantly carry the Yamaha range of Clavinovas (due to their outstanding record) but we do have a special order system where we can order other brands such as Kawai, Suzuki and Gem.

There are two main types of digital pianos that we carry. A Home Piano has a body and legs and generally speaking 3 pedals. A Stage Piano generally has a keyboard look but still has the weighted keys and has to be propped up either on a table or a stand.

The first instrument that we carry is the Yamaha YDP131 €1049

* 88 Full Size Piano Keys – the keys are shaped to look like a traditional piano keyboard
* Fully Weighted ‘Graded Hammer’ Keyboard Action – replicates the subtle changes in the feel and weight of each note of an acoustic piano, allowing greater expression and improved articulation

The next instrument is the Yamaha YDP151 €1,299

The next piano in the Clavinova range, the YDP151 is the perfect start to anyone’s piano career. The keyboard boasts a full 88 keys – just as you would find on an acoustic piano. Yamaha’s Graded Hammer action keyboard, with heavier weighting in the bass register graded through to light weighting in the treble, means that playing the YDP151 is almost identical to playing an acoustic. 10 AWM voices include a superb stereo sampled grand piano and harpsichord amongst others.

Yamaha CLP230 €1,749

The CLP230 builds on the already impressive specification of the YDP151 by adding Yamaha’s renowned GH3 keyboard action for even more precise control and articulation, whilst providing a more comfortable playing experience. The half-pedal feature responds exactly like an acoustic piano, whilst the expanded recording section allows you to save up to three of your own performances for later playback.

The next instrument is the Yamaha CLP240 €2,075

The CLP240 takes a further step towards ultimate piano realism, with 3-step Dynamic Stereo Sampling – this means that samples are taken at different levels, from pianissimo to fortissimo. Furthermore, stereo sustain and key-off samples reproduce even the most subtle nuances of an acoustic piano. The new Dynamic Damper Effect system takes this realism even further whilst an uprated amplifer and speaker system means the CLP240 delivers its sound with increased clarity and definition.
